FPTU School of Business (FSB) will organize a leadership training program at FSB in the first phase and at the College of Staten Island (CSI) in the second phase. The program also contains the field trip at the business, offering business opportunities in the United States.
FPTU School of Business and College of Staten Island (under City University of New York) recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) about cooperation in training, exchange of lecturers/ students, research, publication and conferences, seminars etc. The cooperation agreement is the first step in mutual relationship.
The program is expected to help Vietnamese learners update management knowledge from leading US professors, gain business experience from successful businesses of the world’s leading economy, as well as open opportunities for cooperation and investment for students. The program is expected to start on March 2015.
FSB Deputy Director Ha Nguyen assessed the ceremony as an important milestone in the re-establishment of FSB’s cooperation with universities located in the financial centers of USA.
“Previously, due to the disruption of branding and operation, we had no connection with major US universities,” said Mr. Ha Nguyen. “FSB offered students opportunities to practice in the United States as well as in the world’s most advanced countries”.
