A special feature of the ‘Global Leadership Program’, designed by FPT School of Business (FSB) in collaboration with College of Staten Island (CSI) is that participants will be able to discover the US with only VND 148 million (USD 6,528) for the whole course.
FPT School of Business (FSB)- a subsidiary of FPT Education has collaborated with College of Staten Island (CSI) to design a training program for senior manager named “Global Leadership Program”. The purpose of the program is to strengthen the core management knowledge and systematize essential management skills to improve leadership.
In addition to the course taught in Vietnam, students will be able to visit the famous landscapes, study and discover the US market.
Specifically, the trainees will study in both Vietnam and the United States for 2-3 months. In the first phase students will be enrolled in two learning modules called “Leadership Thinking” and “Business Management in Globalization” which will be organized by FSB. The modules will introduce modern models of leadership; the habits of the success; organizational governance; the challenge of globalization; multichannel marketing and sales management; accounting and finance for the leader, building and developing the culture of the organization; etc.
At the second stage in the United States organized by College of Staten Island (CSI), in 10 days, students will visit the famous destinations in the United States, join the actual study sessions , share experiences as well as learn business practices and operations of some successful businesses in the East and West Coast including New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Las Vegas, San Diego, Los Angeles, etc.
The ‘Global Leadership Program’ is expected to start on April 22 and the start date of second stage in the United States is June 2.
The College of Staten Island is a four-year, senior college of The City University of New York providing exceptional opportunities to all of its students and offering undergraduate and graduate degrees as well as certificate and continuing education programs. CSI is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
