In 2018, FPT Japan- Nagoya office expects to grow its human resource from about 60 to over 100.
On February 25, the IT & Non-IT Talent Search Workshop organized by FPT Japan and FPT Staffing took place in Nagoya City with about 50 participants. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quy Quynh- Head of FPT Japan Representative Office in Nagoya introduced FPT Corporation, FPT Software and FPT Japan to the candidates. Mr. Quynh stressed that in 2018 Nagoya office expected to develop human resources from about 60 people to more than 100 people.
Mr. Hoang Xuan Thang- Fight Leader of Software Department at Nagoya Office also presented the onsite-offshore model as well as role and objectives of BrSE (Bridge Engineer) at FPT Japan.
In addition, two speakers including Ms. Nguyen Dinh Nga (Fight Leader of Nagoya CAD and CAE) and Mr. Nguyen Tien Dinh (Head of production team at FPT Staffing) introduced the company’s orientation in this area.
At the workshop, there were 20 candidates interviewed. “I found the candidates quite satisfied and the workshop has made a good impression,” said Head of FPT Japan Representative Office in Nagoya Nguyen Quy Quynh. “However, this workshop has a small amount of IT human resources. I hope that Nagoya office’s image will be well- known with more IT engineers”.
After nearly 13 years of presence in the world’s most promising market, FPT Japan has become the largest foreign IT company in Japan. In 2017, revenue of FPT Japan reached USD 158.3 million, up 26% over the same period and accounting for 58% of FPT Software’s revenue.
At present, FPT Japan employs more than 1000 people in Japan and around 5,000 engineers in Vietnam to develop products for the most demanding markets in the world. Not only the large number of employees, FPT Japan also contributes to increase the position of Vietnam in the international business environment, especially in the field of IT.
