ASEAN Virtual Study Tour – new spotlight for international students in Covid-19 context

The ASEAN Virtual Study Tour program organized by FPT Education Global in association with Bunkyo University (Japan) helps both domestic and foreign students improve their skills and experience diverse cultures. The program in 2021 welcomes students from 4 countries including Vietnam, Japan, Thailand, and Indonesia.

With the current epidemic context in most countries around the world, education and mobility services are also significantly affected. This makes foreign students don’t have many opportunities to interact and participate in interesting experience programs in Vietnam, especially the one organized by FPT Education Global.

FPT Education launched the program “ASEAN Virtual Study Tour” to catch up with the new trend

Under this context, FPT Edu Global has launched the “ASEAN Virtual Study Tour” program. The ASEAN Virtual Study Tour is organized in collaboration between FPT Education Global and Bunkyo University, Japan. The program had the participation of 34 students from 4 countries including Vietnam, Japan, Thailand, and Indonesia, especially which gathered students from 5 universities of Thailand and Indonesia. The outstanding point is that the event was 100% communicated in Japanese. This is a great opportunity for students from many cultures to learn a new language as well as exchange about other countries in Asia. In addition, students also learn many soft skills through activities such as teamwork skills, presentation skills, etc.

My favorite is Sharing & Lounge’s friend’s activity because it helps our team connect more together. And most especially is the introduction to the Indonesian city of Jakarta. Whoever watches it, says that they want to visit their country. This makes me very happy and proud,” Muhammad Hisyam Azhari from Indonesia shared after joining the program.
